  This company was recommended through a family member after we had been having issues with out AC system and had been running in circles with another company for TWO WEEKS before deciding to try another company. R&R was a godsend. I called them on a Tuesday and they came out the same day to confirm the issue and get my system information. I received a quote later the same day with assurance that they had located and secured the replacement part, which was the issue with the other company. I was contacted the next day to assure me that they had obtained the part and would be out first thing Thursday morning to repair the system. The technicians came out this morning on time and now, less than 2 days later, my system is running like a dream. The technicians and support staff were all very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
